GILLESPIE Chief of Police NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Moorpark City Council, at its regular meeting of February 17, 1988, adjourned said meeting to WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1988, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. in Room A of City Hall of the City of Moorpark, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California to discuss in Closed Session (1) personnel; (2) potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c); (3) negotiations concerning acquisition of right-of-way for the Los Angeles Avenue (Highway 118) Widening Project (Gisler); (4) potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(l); (5) Camrosa vs. the City of Moorpark; (6) Urban West Communities vs. the City of Moorpark; and (7)B. I.A. vs. the City of Moorpark.
