FB: rjh Attachment • ~ ,..,.L --~11,~r~ ♦ ♦ " , March 7, 1988 Dear Commissioners: "UNITING MOORPARK THROUGH OUR CHILDREN" on~Friday evening, April 29, the Moorpark Youth Activities Committee has reserved the Community Center in order to sponsor a Cinco de Mayo dance for the high school age teen-agers in the City of Moorpark. This is the second teen dance our Committee will have sponsored since we organized earlier this year. In order for us to provide the best possible environment including decorations and refreshments, we find it is extremely expensive. Since we are a non-profit organization, we hereby request a waiver of the rental fees for the use of the Community Center. We will, of course, pay the usual security and cleaning fees in advance.
