PUBLIC COMMENTS: 7. CONSENT CALENDAR: A. Approval of the Parks and Recreation Commission Minutes of May 13, 1991. Staff Recommendation: Approve as presented. B. Approval of the Parks and Recreation Commission Special Meeting Minutes of May 20, 1991. Staff Recommendation: Approve as presented. C. Receive Staff's Status Report of City Parks. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file the report. S. PUBLIC HEARINGS: 9. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS: A. Consider Community Services Department Logo (continued from 5/13/91): Staff Recommendation: Select and recommend logo to City Council for approval. B. Consider Report on Youth Dances (continued from 5/20191). Staff Recommendation: Approve staff's recommended actions. C Consider Installation of Children's Play Equipment at Glenwood and Griffin Parks (continued from 5/20/91). Staff Recommendation: Continue item to July 8, 1991, Commission meeting. 10. Any member of the public may address the Commission during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda. SPEAKER CARDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SECRETARY PRIOR TO THE CALL TO ORDER OF THE MEETING. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed upon each speaker.
