PUBLIC COMMENTS: 7. CONSENT CALENDAR: A. Approval of May 8, 1989, Parks & Recreation Commission Minutes. Staff Recommendation: Approve minutes as presented. B. Special Interest/Contract Class Survey by the City of Long Beach, Department of Parks & Recreation. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file survey results. C. Letter from Campus Hills Homeowners Association Regarding Campus Canyon Park. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file letter. D. Proposed Capital Improvements, Parks Budget - 1989/90. Staff Recommendation: Receive and file. 8. PUBLIC HEARINGS: 9. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS: A. Consider Violation of City Ordinance No. 101. Staff Recommendation: Require West America Construction Corporation to pay the sum of $20,896.00 to the City of Moorpark as replacement costs for the 37 trees cut down. B. Consider Restroom Policy for City Parks. Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. C. Discussion Related to South Meadows Park. Staff Recommendation: Review, discuss and direct staff as deemed appropriate. AGENDA6. 12/PRAGENDA D. Consider Potential Park Site at the Southeast Corner of Condor Drive and Los Angeles Avenue. Staff Recommendation: Review and discuss development of a neighborhood park at the southeast corner of Condor Drive and Los Angeles Avenue. E. Consider Peach Hill Park Identification Sign. Any member of the public may address the Commission during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda. SPEAKER CARDS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE SECRETARY PRIOR TO THE CALL TO ORDER OF THE MEETING. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed upon each speaker. * Discussion/Action Items which are judged by the Director of Community Services to be of high priority. Copies of the reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business on the agenda are on file in the office of the Secretary and are available for public review.
