LJ B JF C T - Speaker Cards Used at Council Meetings
In view of the comments at the Council Meeting of March 3rd pertaining to
addressing the Council at the appropriate time during the meeting, we have
revised the Speaker Cards used at Council Meetings to provide information
directed to those desiring to address Council. The language we have suggested
follows very closely the provisions of your Rules of Conduct, adopted by
Resolution No. 85-160, on January 16, 1985.
This new Speaker Card is submitted for your approval.
