Invocation by Reverend J. C. McIntosh, Assembly of God Church
Oath of Office administered by Judge Lawrence Storch, Presiding Judge
of the Superior Court
Item 2: Election of Mayor. Mayor assumes chair
Item 3: Election of Mayor Pro Tem
Item 4 Ordinance No. 1 providing for County of Ventura ordinances to remain
in effect
Item 5 Ordinance No. 2 adopting the City Municipal Code
Item 6 Ordinance No. 3 relating to Uniform Sales and Use Tax
Item 7 Resolution 83-1 to adopt the preliminary Financial Program for Fiscal
Year 1983-84
