PUBLIC HEARINGS: C. Update to the City' s Land Use and Circulation Elements. Consider the Planning Commission' s recommendation and set matters for future discussions. 10. COMMENTS FROM COUNCILMETrBERS: 11. DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS: a. Discussion concerning the impact of the Highway 101 reconstruction on local roadways. Any member of the public may address the Council during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing item. Speakers who wish to address the Council concerning a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be received by the City Clerk prior to the Call to Order of the meeting. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received.
