Staff Recommendation: Prior to a motion to adopt the revised Salary Plan Resolution and Management Benefits Resolution, the Mayor shall make an oral summary report for compliance with Section 54953(c)(3) of the Government Code as follows: "Staff is recommending the City Council approve a revised Salary Plan Resolution and Management Benefits Resolution that include adding the position of Senior Planner at Salary Range 62, which is between $82,222.40 and $110,614.40.
