SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF MOORPARK
TO THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Special Meeting of the City Council
of the City of Moorpark is hereby called to be held on WEDNESDAY,
JUNE 19, 1991, commencing at 6: 20 p.m. Said meeting will be held in
the Council Chambers of the City of Moorpark, located at 799 Moorpark
Avenue, Moorpark, California.
Said meeting shall be for discussion of Closed Session items as
follows: 1) Personnel; 2) Potential litigation pursuant to Government
Code Section 54956. 9 (b) (1) ; 3) Potential litigation pursuant to
Government Code Section 54956.9 (c) ; 4) Litigation concerning City of
Moorpark vs. Moorpark Unified School District; 5) Litigation concerning
Ventura County Community College District vs. City of Moorpark;
6) Litigation concerning the County of Ventura vs. City of Moorpark;
7) Litigation concerning the Moorpark Mosquito Abatement District vs.
City of Moorpark; 8) Litigation concerning Colonial Mortgage vs. the
City of Moorpark; 9) Negotiations for Real Property at 280 Casey Road
(Moorpark Unified School District) pursuant to Government Code Section
54945.8; 10) Negotiations for Real Property on Los Angeles Avenue
(East) pursuant to Government Code Section 54945. 8; 11) Litigation
concerning City of Moorpark vs. Chuy's Restaurant; 12) Litigation
concerning Conejo Freeway Properties, LTD. vs. City of Moorpark;
13) Litigation concerning City of Moorpark vs. Camrosa Water District;
14) Litigation concerning City of Moorpark vs. Pacific Bell;

That I am the CityClerk of the Cityof Moorpark; that a
SPECIAL MEETING of the City Council of the City of Moorpark
was held on June 19, 1991 in the Council Chambers of the
Community Center at 6: 20 P.M. and that a copy of said
Special Meeting Notice was posted on June 17, 1991 at a
conspicuous place near the door of the room at which said
meeting was held.
