A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING SECTION 2 OF
RESOLUTION NO. 85-211 OF SAID CITY, EXTENDING
CERTAIN LAND USE ENTITLEMENTS WITHIN SAID CITY
WHEREAS, at its meeting of July 19, 1985, the Moorpark City Council
adopted Resolution No. 85-211, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, EXTENDING CERTAIN LAND USE
ENTITLEMENTS and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of said Resolution No. 85-211 extended to October 9,
1985 any land use entitlement issued by the County of Ventura prior to
July 2, 1983, which would still be valid in Ventura County, and provided
that such land use entitlements may be validated and constitute a basis for
building permits or construction permits until October 8, 1985 and was
amended by Resolution No. 86-282, extending land use entitlements to
June 30, 1986; and
WHEREAS, at its meeting of September 16, 1985, the City Council adopted
an amendment to Section 2 of said Resolution No. 85-211, extending such
land use entitlements to December 17, 1985 and was amended by Resolution
No. 86-282, extending land use entitlements to June 30, 1986; and
WHEREAS, at its meeting of December 2, 1985, the City Council adopted an
amendment to Section 2 of said Resolution No. 85-211, extending the land
use entitlements to March 17, 1986 and was amended by Resolution No. 86-282,
extending land use entitlements to June 30, 1986; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it in the best interests of said City to
extend such land use entitlements for an additional period of time;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK,
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2 of Resolution No. 85-211, entitled as
hereinabove in the preamble to this resolution set forth, is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"SECTION 2. Any land use entitlement issued by the County of
Ventura prior to July 2, 1983, which would still be valid in
Ventura County, is hereby extended to January 10, 1987, and
such land use entitlement may be validated and constitute a
basis for building permits or construction permits until
January 9, 1987, upon compliance by the applicant or developer
with the provisions of the entitlement, with the exception of
those certain residential planned development permits acted
upon by the City by the following resolutions:

SECTION 2. That this resolution shll take effect immediately.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption
of this resolution.
