Richards, Director of Community Development DATE: October 9, 1989 (CC meeting of October 18, 1989) SUBJECT: LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NO. 89-2 Background On September 11, 1989, West America Construction Corporation applied for the above stated Lot Line Adjustment. This adjustment is between Parcels 15 and 16 of Parcel Map 3192 and it involves Assessor Parcel Numbers 511-0-06-07, 12 and 18. Discussion The requested Lot Line Adjustment will add an additional ten feet to parcel. number 15, and will represent an adjustment of 3,920.40 square feet. The Lot Line Adjustment complies with the City of Moorpark Ordinance Code in that neither a greater nor a lesser number of parcels than originally existed has been created, all the resulting lots will conform to all applicable zoning and General Plan requirements. The Lot Line Adjustment is consistent with the public health, safety, and welfare. The Director of Community Development has reviewed the proposed Lot Line Adjustment and intends to approve it. Pursuant to Resolution No. 86-523, the Director has the authority to approve Lot Line Adjustments. This matter is being presented to the Council as a courtesy. In the event the Council wishes to appeal the Director's decision, it may do so. Should the. Council desire to appeal, it should set a public hearing date. If the Council takes no action then the Director's decision stands.
