SUBJECT: Street Bond Exoneration for DP 315/PM 3863-3
(Moorpark Associates)
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
DP-315/PM 3836-3 is located in the western section of the
City of Moorpark at the southwest corner of Goldman Avenue
and Tejeda Street. A location map is enclosed for your
reference.
On June 13, 1985, the Planning Commission approved DP-315,
subject to compliance with all the development conditions.
PM 3836-3 was approved by the Planning Commission on
September 16, 1985.
The development conditions for DP-315/PM 3836-3 require
street improvements to be constructed to Tejeda Street along
the frontage of the property. The Tejeda Street
improvements were deferred until LDM-8 (Annotti)
improvements were installed to the north.
It is now appropriate to accept the completed improvements
to Tejeda Street along the DP 315/PM 3836-3 frontage and
release Letter of Credit No. S024981, issued by City
National Bank in the amount of $5, 100.

RECOMMENDED ACTION
- Accept the public improvements to Tejeda Street
required for DP-315 and PM 3836-3, and include this
section of Tejeda Street in the City street system for
maintenance.
- Authorize the City Clerk to exonerate the above
mentioned Letter of Credit No. S024981.
