SUBJECT: Request From Tract 4147 (Villa Campesina) for
Early Acceptance of Improvements and Exoneration
of Bonds
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
In a letter dated September 6, 1988 (attached) , Cabrillo
Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is requesting an
early acceptance of their public improvements and
exoneration of their bonds. Presently, the tract
improvements are nearing final completion. When these
improvements are completed, this request will be brought
back to the Council for their review and consideration.
As noted in their letter, CEDC states that City acceptance
of the improvements are required prior to the sale of the
individual lots. Therefore, in order for home construction
to begin, the City must accept the public improvements
earlier than normal under existing City procedure.
RECOMMENDED ACTION
This report is provided for information only and no action
is necessary.
