. SUB T E C T - Planned Community/Specific Plan
Since the Council has not reached a conclusion regarding the Planned Community/
Specific Plan issue, it would seem that more information is needed. It is, therefore,
recommended that Council direct the Council Public Works Committee to review the
intent of the Planned Community provisions of the Zoning Ordinance, and also
Specific Plan mechanisms, and to report back to the Council with recommendations.
