ROLL CALL: 799 Moorpark Avenue 3. CONSENT CALENDAR: (Roll Call Vote) A. Consider Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of April 15, 1992. Consider Approval of Minutes of the Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of June 5, 1992. Staff Recommendation: Approve the minutes as processed. B. Consider Approval of the Warrant Register. Warrants #144 & 145 $ 3,355.24 4. ADJOURNMENT: Any member of the public may address the Redevelopment Agency during the Public Comments portion of the Agenda, unless it is a Public Hearing item. Speakers who wish to address the Redevelopment Agency concerning a Public Hearing item must do so during the Public Hearing for that item. Speaker Cards must be received by the Secretary of the Redevelopment Agency prior to the Call to Order of the meeting. Speakers will be heard in the order that their Speaker Cards are received. A limitation of 3 minutes shall be imposed upon each speaker. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Lawrason called the meeting to order at 6:20 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Present: Agency Members Montgomery, Perez, Talley, Wozniak, and Chairman Lawrason. Steven Kueny, Executive Director; Richard Hare, Agency Treasurer; Cheryl Kane, Agency Counsel; Lillian Kellerman, Agency Secretary. 3. CONSENT CALENDAR: MOTION: Agency Member Montgomery moved and Agency Member Perez seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar. The motion carried by unanimous roll call vote. A. Consider Approval of the Minutes of the Redevelopment Agency Meeting of December 18, 1991. Staff Recommendation: Approve the minutes as processed. B. Approval of the Warrant Register: Warrant #143 $10,293.64 4. ADJOURNMENT: MOTION: Agency Member Montgomery moved and Agency Member Talley seconded a motion to adjourn. CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Lawrason called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Present: Agency Members Montgomery, Perez, Talley, Wozniak, and Chairman Lawrason. ACTION /DISCUSSION ITEM: Consider Approval of Agreement with the Moorpark Moscruito Abatement District for Sharing of Tax Increments. Staff Recommendation: is Approve Agreement and authorize Chairman to sign. MOTION: Agency Member Montgomery moved and Agency Member Perez seconded a motion to approve the Agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote. 4.
