No. 96- clarifying fund appropriations for certain
capital projects and approving a budget amendment for
the Moorpark Avenue /Spring Road Storm Drainage project
(Project Number 8011).

Presentations /Action /Discussion item. Speakers who wish to
address the Agency concerning a Public Hearing or Presentations/
Action /Discussion item must do so during the Public Hearing or
Presentations /Action /Discussion portion of the Agenda for that
item. Speaker cards must be received by the Secretary for Public
Comment prior to the beginning of the Public Comments portion of
the meeting and for Presentations /Action /Discussion items prior
to the beginning of the first item of the Presentations/
Action /Discussion portion of the Agenda. Speaker Cards for a
Public Hearing must be received prior to the beginning of the
Public Hearing. A limitation of three minutes shall be imposed
upon each Public Comment and Presentations/ Action /Discussion
item speaker. Copies of each item of business on the agenda are
on file in the office of the Secretary and are available for
public review. Any questions concerning any agenda item may be
directed to the Secretary /529 -6864.

RESOLUTION NUMBER 96 - 44
RESOLUTION OF THE MOORPARK REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY CLARIFYING
FUND APPROPRIATIONS FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL PROJECTS AND APPROVING A
BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE MOORPARK AVENUE/SPRING ROAD STORM
DRAINAGE PROJECT (PROJECT NUMBER 8011)
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1996, the Moorpark Redevelopment Agency Board
adopted the Agency's Fiscal Year 1996/1997 Budget; and,
WHEREAS, certain capital projects included in said Budget have the State /Local
Transportation Partnership Program ( SLTPP) as a funding source; and,
WHEREAS, funding from the SLTPP may vary from the amount actually applied
for based upon available grant monies and number of program participants; and,
WHEREAS, the progress of the Moorpark Avenue /Spring Road Storm Drainage
Project (Project Number 8011) has been ahead of original schedule; and
WHEREAS, such completion has accelerated certain expenses as compared
with the initial spending plan identified in said Budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE MOORPARK REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY BOARD DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Those projects with SLTPP funding sources shall be expensed as
more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and an appropriation in the
amount of $105,000 from the MRA Capital Projects Fund (Fund 410) is hereby made;
and,
Section 2: The budget amendment to the Moorpark Avenue /Spring Road Storm
Drain Project (Project 8011) as more particularly described in Exhibit "B" attached
hereto is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of August, 1996.
