Staff Recommendation: That the Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between the Moorpark Unified School District, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark, and the City of Moorpark for Redevelopment Agency Agenda August 18, 1999 Page 2 the distribution of tax increment funds from the Moorpark Redevelopment Project and direct the Agency Chairman to sign the Amendment.
