Consider Resolution Adopting an Operating and Capital Improvements Budget for the City of Moorpark Redevelopment Agency for Fiscal Year 2001 -2002. Staff Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2001 -99. ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -99. (Roll Call Vote 4 -0, Harper absent) CONSENT CALENDAR: A. Consider Acceptance of Land within Gisler Field Site (Tract No. 5161, Residential Planned Development No. 98- 7) from City of Moorpark. Staff Recommendation: Direct the Agency Secretary to accept any interest in property which the Council authorizes to be conveyed to the Redevelopment Agency Agenda June 20, 2001 Page 2 Redevelopment Agency, pursuant to agenda item on this subject on Council Regular Meeting Agenda of June 20, 2001, and to resell it to Cabrillo for $7,780.
