Consider Request from the Lawrence Janss Company for Agency Support of the Proposed Purchase and Renovation of the Moorpark Playhouse (45 High Street). Staff Recommendation: Direct staff as deemed appropriate. AUTHORIZED CITY MANAGER TO DRAFT AN AGREEMENT OFFERING PARKING LOT SPACE ACROSS FROM THE MOORPARK PLAYHOUSE PROPERTY AT $1 PER YEAR TO LARRY JANSS COMPANY, INCLUDING LANGUAGE ALLOWING THE CITY TO HAVE FLEXIBILITY TO RELOCATE THE PARKING LOT SPACE TO BE PROVIDED. S. CONSENT CALENDAR: CONSENT CALENDAR APPROVED BY UNANIMOUS ROLL CALL VOTE. A. Consider Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of May 16, 2001. CONSENT CALENDAR: (continued) 0 Consider Resolution to Appropriate $1,684,500 for Property Acquisition of 83 West High Street, Moorpark Mobile Home Park including Related Closing And Relocation Costs. Staff Recommendation: 1) Review the information provided in the agenda report and make the required findings as outlined in the report; 2) Authorize the purchase of 83 West High Street for redevelopment at a price of $887,500 and the payment of additional closing costs of approximately $5,000; and 3) Adopt Resolution No. 2001 -104, amending the Agency budget authorizing $1,684,500 from the Tax Increment Fund Balance for the acquisition of the Moorpark Mobile Home Park at 83 West High Street and relocation assistance for the park residents.
