CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lawrason called the meeting to order at 6:32 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Councilmembers Perez, Montgomery, Wozniak and Mayor Lawrason. Absent: Councilmember Hunter. Staff Present: Steven Kueny, City Manager; Richard Hare, Deputy City Manager; Cheryl Kane, City Attorney. 3. CLOSED SESSION: MOTION: Councilmember Perez moved and Councilmember Wozniak seconded a motion to go into Closed Session for a discussion of all items listed on the agenda: A. Personnel. B. Personnel pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6. C. Potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (b) (1) . D. Potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c). E. Negotiations for Real Property on the South Side of High Street (Southern Pacific /VCTC) pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8. F. Negotiations for Real Property at 280 Casey Road (Moorpark Unified School District) pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8. G. Litigation concerning Conejo Freeway Properties, LTD. vs. City of Moorpark. H. Litigation concerning Moorpark vs. CalTrans (Case No. 123655) . I. Negotiations for Real Property - APN 504 -0- 030 -265 and APN 504 -0- 030 -267 (Buttercreek Park). Minutes of the City Council Moorpark, California 2 July 21, 1993 The motion carried by voice vote 4 -0, Councilmember Hunter absent for the vote. Present in Closed Session were all Councilmembers but Councilmember Hunter; Steven Kueny, City Manager; Cheryl Kane, City Attorney; and Richard Hare, Deputy City Manager. The meeting reconvened into Open Session at 6:55 p.m. Mr. Kueny stated that only item 3.F. was discussed and that there was no action to report out of Closed Session. 4. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Lawrason adjourned the meeting at 6:55 p.m. Paul W. La rason Jr., Mayor ATTEST:
