CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Lawrason called the meeting to order at 7:10 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Councilmembers Hunter, Perez, Montgomery, Wozniak and Mayor Lawrason. Staff Present: Steven Kueny, City Manager; Richard Hare, Deputy City Manager. 3. ACTION /DISCUSSION ITEMS: A. Consideration of the FY 1993 /94 Budget. The City Council reviewed the draft FY 1993/94 Budget which was distributed by Mr. Hare. 4. CLOSED SESSION: MOTION: Councilmember Montgomery moved and Councilmember Wozniak seconded a motion to go into Closed Session for a discussion of Items 4.A. and 4.B. listed on the agenda. A. Personnel. B. Personnel pursuant to Government code Section 54957.6. C. Potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b) (1) . D. Potential litigation pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c). E. Negotiations for Real Property on the South Side of High Street (Southern Pacific /VCTC) pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8. F. Negotiations for Real Property at 280 Casey Road (Moorpark Unified School District) pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.8. G. Litigation concerning Conejo Freeway Properties, LTD. vs. City of Moorpark. H. Litigation concerning City of Moorpark vs. Foster Enterprises. Minutes of the City Council Moorpark, California 2 June 14, 1993 I. Litigation concerning Moorpark vs. CalTrans (Case No. 123655) J. Litigation concerning Villa del Arroyo vs. City of Moorpark (Case No. 105170) The motion carried by unanimous voice vote. The Council convened into Closed Session at 9:50 p.m. Present in Closed Session were all Councilmembers; Steven Kueny, City Manager; Richard Hare, Deputy City Manager. The meeting reconvened into Open Session at 10:15 p.m. Mr. Kueny stated that only items 4.A. and 4.B. were discussed and that there was no action to report out of Closed Session. 5.
