Moorpark, California March 18, 1998
A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Moorpark was
held on March 18, 1998 in the Community Center Conference Room of
said City located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California.
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Mayor Hunter called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
2. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE:
Deferred to Regular Meeting.
3. ROLL CALL:
Present: Councilmembers Evans, Perez, Teasley, Wozniak,
and Mayor Hunter.
Staff Present: Steven Kueny, City Manager; John Nowak,
_ Assistant City Manager; Mary Lindley, Director
of Community Services; and Deborah
Traffenstedt, City Clerk.
4. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
5. PRESENTATION /ACTION /DISCUSSION:
A. Consider Potential Funding Issues Related to Future SR
118 and SR 23 Widening Projects. Staff Recommendation:
Direct staff as deemed appropriate.
CONSENSUS: By consensus, the Council determined to direct
staff to work with Ventura County Transportation Commission
(VCTC) and other agencies to make sure the City's position is
known regarding support for SR -118 and SR -23 widening
projects.
6. CLOSED SESSION:
None was held.
