NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City
of Moorpark to be held Wednesday, September 16, 2009, commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the
Moorpark Community Center, located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California, is
hereby canceled.
The next regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council of the City of
Moorpark will be held on October 7, 2009, at 7:00 p.m.

CANCELLATION NOTICE
I, Maureen Benson, declare as follows:
That I am the Assistant City Clerk of the City of Moorpark and that a Regular Meeting of the
City Council of the City of Moorpark scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 16,
2009, commencing at 7:00 p.m. at the Moorpark Community Center, located at 799
Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California has been canceled. A copy of said Notice of
Cancellation was posted on September 3, 2009, at a conspicuous place at the Moorpark
Community Center, 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California.
