CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order by Chairman Lawrason at 7:17 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Present: Agency Members Brown, Harper, Perez, Montgomery, and Chairman Lawrason. Steven Kueny, Executive Director; Richard Hare, Agency Treasurer; Pat Richards, Director of Community Development; Phil Newhouse, Director of Community Services; John Knipe, Assistant City Engineer, Craig Phillips, Administrative Assistant, Lt. Rodriguez, Sheriff's Department; Ken Gilbert, Public Works Director; Cheryl Kane, Agency Counsel; Don Reynolds, Management Analyst; Paul Porter, Senior Planner; David Baird, Building Official; and Lillian Kellerman, Secretary. 3. PUBLIC COMMENT: None. 5. CONSENT CALENDAR: Roll Call Vote MOTION: Agency Member Brown moved and Agency Member Harper seconded a motion to approve the consent calendar. The motion carried by unanimous roll call vote. A. Consider Approval of the minutes of the Redevelopment Agency Meeting of January 17, 1990. Staff Recommendation: Approve the minutes as processed. B. Consider approval of the Warrant Register. - Prepaid Warrant 124 $4,373.65 C. Consider adoption of Resolution No. 90 -11 Establishing the Bylaws of the redevelopment Agency of the Cif of Moorpark. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Agency Member Brown noted that another member needed to be appointed to the Project Area Committee. 8.
