Moorpark, California September 4, 1991
A Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark
was held on September 4, 1991 in the City Council Chambers of said City
located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California.
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Lawrason called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Agency Members Montgomery, Perez, Talley,
Wozniak, and Chairman Lawrason.
Steven Kueny, Executive Director; Richard
Hare, Agency Treasurer; Cheryl Kane, Agency
Counsel; Lillian Kellerman, Agency Secretary.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
MOTION: Agency Member Talley moved and Agency Member Montgomery
seconded a motion to approve the Consent Calendar. The motion
carried by unanimous roll call vote.
A. Consider Approval of the Minutes of the Redevelopment Agency
Meeting of August 7. 1991. Staff Recommendation: Approve the
minutes as processed.
B. Approval of the Warrant Register:
Warrant #140 $2,376.48
AT THIS POINT in the meeting, a recess was declared until 11:30
p.m. or the end of the regular City Council meeting. The time was
6:08 p.m.
The Agency reconvened at 12:29 a.m.
5. CLOSED SESSION:
A. Negotiations for Real Property on South Side of High Street
(Southern Pacific /VCTC) pursuant to Government Code Section
54945.8.
CONSENSUS: By consensus the Agency determined not to adjourn to
Closed Session since the subject matter had been discussed during
the City Council Closed Session.

MOTION: Agency Member Montgomery moved and Agency Member Talley
seconded a motion to approve the agreement for Option and Right of
First Refusal to Purchase Rail Property with VCTC subject to final
approval of language by the Executive Director and Agency Counsel
and to authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement. The motion
carried by unanimous voice vote.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
MOTION: Agency Member Perez moved and Agency Member Wozniak
seconded a motion to adjourn. The motion carried by unanimous
voice vote. The time was 12:30 a.m.
