HomeMy WebLinkAboutMIN 1994 0406 RDA REGMinutes of the Redevelopment Agency Moorpark, California Page 2 April 6, 1994 E.Consider Contract Services with Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation to Provide Management Services for Affordable Housing Project on a Portion of the Gisler Field. staff Recommendation: 1) Approve the Contract for Services, not to exceed $10,000, and authorize the Executive Director to execute said Agreement; 2) Authorize the Executive Director to approve and enter into contracts for work to be performed by various subcontractors and other consultants for site plan development for this project not to exceed $35,000. The following items were pulled from the Consent Calendar for individual consideration: A.Consider Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting ofthe Redevelopment Agency of March 16, 1994. Staff Recommendation: Approve minutes as processed. Agency Member Wozniak indicated he pulled this item as he was not in attendance at the meeting. MOTION: Agency Member Montgomery moved and Agency Member Perez seconded a motion to approve the minutes of March 16, 1994. The motion carried by voice ·vote 4-0, Agency Member Wozniak abstaining. D.Consider Amending the Moorpark Redevelopment Agency's1993 /94 Budget by Appropriating $19. 300 for theConstruction of a Block Wall Located at the NorthernProperty Line of Dorothy Avenue Residences. South of theMetroLink Station. Staff Recommendation: That theAgency amend the MRA 1993/94 Budget and appropriate$19,300 from bond proceeds for the construction of ablock wall located on the northern property line of sixDorothy Avenue residences, just south of the MetrolinkStation. After discussion of funding options it was a consensus that the Agency should fund only one-half of the cost of the wall. MOTION: Agency Member Montgomery moved and Agency Member Wozniak seconded a motion to approve an appropriation of $9,650 from Redevelopment Agency bond proceeds for the construction of a block wall located on the northern property line of six Dorothy Avenue residences, just south of the Metrolink· Station. The motion carried by unanimous roll call vote.
