Moorpark, California June 17, 1998
A Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark
was held on June 17, 1998, in the Community Center of said City
located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California.
1. CALL TO ORDER:
Chairman Hunter called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL:
Present: Agency Members Evans, Perez, Teasley, Wozniak and
Chairman Hunter.
Staff Present: Steven Kueny, Executive Director; and John Nowak,
Agency Treasurer.
3. PUBLIC COMMENT:
None.
4. CONSENT CALENDAR:
None.
S. CLOSED SESSION:
MOTION: Agency Member Wozniak moved and Agency Member Perez
seconded a motion to adjourn to closed session. The motion
carried by unanimous voice vote.
Mr. Kueny announced that all items listed under Closed Session
would be discussed.

The Agency Board reconvened into open session at 6:44 p.m. Mr.
Kueny stated the Council voted to authorize the City Manager to
discuss the sale of Mission Bell Plaza II with the affected
parties. He stated there was no other action to report and that
all items were discussed.
7. ADJOURNMENT:
Chairman Hunter adjourned the meeting at 6:45 p.m.
