HomeMy WebLinkAboutMIN 2004 0915 RDA REGMINUTES OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Moorpark, California September 15, 2004 A Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Moorpark was held on September 15, 2004, in the Community Center of said City located at 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California. 1. CALL TO ORDER: Chair Hunter called the meeting to order at 7:37 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Present: Agency Members Harper, Mikos, Millhouse, Parvin, and Chair Hunter. Staff Present: Steven Kueny, Executive Director; Joseph Montes, General Counsel; Hugh Riley, Assistant Executive Director; and Deborah Traffenstedt, Agency Secretary. 3. PUBLIC COMMENT: None. 4. CONSENT CALENDAR: MOTION: Agency Member Mikos moved and Agency Member Parvin seconded a motion to adopt the Consent Calendar. The motion carried by unanimous roll call vote. A. Consider Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of May 19, 2004. Consider Approval of Minutes of Special Meeting of May 26, 2004. Consider Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of June 2, 2004. Consider Approval of Minutes of Regular Meeting of June 16, 2004. Minutes of the Redevelopment Agency Moorpark, California Page 2 September 15, 2004 Consider Approval of Minutes of Special Meeting of July 21, 2004. Staff Recommendation: Approve minutes. B. Consider Resolution Adopting Revised Procedures to Implement the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Rescinding Resolution No. 92 -13. Staff Recommendation: Adopt Resolution No. 2004 -142, and rescind Resolution No. 92 -13. 5. CLOSED SESSION: Mr. Kueny requested the Agency recess the meeting and reconvene into closed session for discussion of Item 5.C. at the conclusion of the City Council meeting. AT THIS POINT in the meeting, a recess was declared. The time was 7:38 p.m. The meeting reconvened at 12:29 a.m., September 16, 2004.
