CALL TO ORDER: Chair Parvin called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. 2. ROLL CALL: Present: Agency Members Lowenberg, Mikos, Millhouse, Van Dam, and Chair Parvin, Staff Present: Steven Kueny, Executive Director; Hugh Riley, Assistant Executive Director; David Moe, Redevelopment Manager; and Deborah Traffenstedt, Agency Secretary. 3. PUBLIC COMMENT: None. 4. REORDERING OF, AND ADDITIONS TO, THE AGENDA: None. 5. CLOSED SESSION: Mr. Kueny requested the Agency go into closed session for discussion of Item 5.C. on the agenda. MOTION: Agency Member Mikos moved and Agency Member Parvin seconded a motion to adjourn to closed session for discussion of Item S.C. on the agenda. The motion carried by unanimous voice vote. The time was 6:31 p.m. C. The Agency reconvened into open session at 6:38 p.m. Mr. Kueny stated Item 5.C. was discussed and there was no action to report. 6.
