A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING VARIANCE NO. V -4247,
FOR DP -310, ON APPLICATION OF WILLIAM HODSON.
WHEREAS, at a duly noticed public hearing on February 26,
1985, the Moorpark Planning Commission considered application of
William Hodson for approval to permit zero western sideyard setback
and to eliminate one loading zone for DP -310, approved February 26,
1985 by Resolution No. PC- 85 -41, for construction of a 7,896 square
foot industrial building located adjacent to and north of
Los Angeles Avenue and west of Goldman Avenue, within said City; and
WHEREAS, after careful consideration, the Planning Com-
mission reached its decision in the matter and adopted its Resolu-
tion No. PC- 85 -42, recommending approval of the Mitigated Negative
Declaration and approval of Variance No. V -4247 for DP -310; and
WHEREAS, public notice having been given in time, form and
manner as required by law, the City Council of the City of Moorpark
has duly considered said variance application and has reached its
decision;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK,
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That this body, after review and consideration
of the information contained in the Mitigated Negative Declaration,
finds that this project will not have a significant effect on the
environment, and approved the Mitigated Negative Declaration.
SECTION 2. The City Council adopts the findings contained
in the staff report dated March 4, 1985, which report is incorporated
herein by reference as though fully set forth herein.
SECTION 3. The City Council hereby approves Variance No.
V -4247, for DP -310, on application of William Hodson.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of March, 1985.
