A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ENGINEER'S
REPORT FOR "PARKS MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 85 -1 ".
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 85 -192, the City Council
ordered the City Manager to cause to be prepared an Engineer's
Report in accordance with Article 4, Chapter 1, Part 2, Division
15 of the California Streets and Highways Code; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Reoslution the Engineer's Report
was filed with the City Clerk on the 18th day of May, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Clerk has submitted the report to the
City Council and the City Council has now reviewed and examined
the report as so submitted, and has made certain changes thereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK,
CLAIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Engineer's Report, prepared pursuant to
Resolution No. 85 -192, filed with the City Clerk on the 18th day
of May, 1985, is hereby approved as amended.
SECTION 2. That said Engineer's Report, as amended, may
be further modified or changed, pursuant to the provisions of
Section 22630 of the Streets and Highways Code.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
