RESOLUTION NO. 85- 261
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND
DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF A HOUSING POLICIES
REPORT UNDER SECTION 103A OF THE INTERNAL
REVENUE CODE OF 1954, AS AMENDED.
WHEREAS, Section 103A of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954,
as amended, requires issuers of qualified mortgage bonds to prepare and
publish, following a public hearing preceded by reasonable public notice, a
report concerning housing policies; and
WHEREAS, there has been prepared and filed with the City Clerk
of this City a Housing Policies Report, and the members of this Council have
reviewed said Report and each and every part thereof; end
WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing has been held regarding
the Report and all persons desiring to be heard have been heard;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK,
DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, ORDER AND DETERMINE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Housing Policies Report of the City of Moorpark
is hereby adopted and replaces any previously adopted Housing Policies Report.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City is hereby directed to .
publish a notice that the Housing Policies Report under Section 103A of the
Internal Revnue Code of 19544, as amended, is available to interested members of
the public on or after December 17, 1985, in the office of the City Clerk.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk of the City is hereby directed to
submit a copy of such Report to the Internal Revenue Service on or before
December 31, 1985.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of December, 1985.
