A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE GRANT DEED
GRANTED BY UWC- MOORPARK INVESTORS LTD. DATED
APRIL 27, 1987.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Moorpark, California that the Grant Deed for public
right -of -way purposes dated April 27, 1987 by UWC- Moorpark
Investors Ltd., a copy of which is attached hereto,
designated as Exhibit "A" and made in part hereof, is hereby
accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to attach a certification of such acceptance to
said Grant Deed and to record the same in the office of the
County Recorder of Ventura County.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of
June 1987.

and consent to the recordation of any deed or grant conveying
