DATED APRIL 27, 1987. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Moorpark, California that the Grant Deed for public right -of -way purposes dated April 27, 1987 by UWC- Moorpark Investors Ltd., a copy of which is attached hereto, designated as Exhibit "A" and made in part hereof, is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to attach a certification of such acceptance to said Grant Deed and to record the same in the office of the County Recorder of Ventura County.
