A RESOLUTION OF THE MOORPARK CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA
APPROVING THE MITIGATED NEGATIVE DECLARATIONS FOR LDM -10 AND
DP -393 - 404 ON THE APPLICATIONS OF SIEGEL & ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, at duly noticed public hearing on April 13, 1988 and June 1, 1988, the
City Council considered the applications filed by Siegel & Associates, Inc. requesting
approval to resubdivide three (3) existing industrial lots into twenty -six (26) industrial lots
totalling 12.4 acres, located on the east side of Maureen Lane north of Los Angeles Avenue;
to construct eight (8) industrial facilities totalling 45,805 square feet, located on the east side
of Maureen Lane north of Los Angeles Avenue; and to construct four (4) industrial facilities
of 105,108 square feet total located on the west side of Maureen Lane north of Los Angeles
Avenue;
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission after review and consideration at a public hearing,
adopted Resolution Nos. PC -88 -165 to -170 recommending that the City Council make
certain findings, accept and certify the Mitigated Negative Declarations; and make additional
findings and approve LDM -10 and DP -393 - 404; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after review and consideration of the information con-
tained in the staff report dated February 1, 1988 and the Mitigated Negative Declarations,
has found that these projects will not have a significant effect on the environment; and has
reached its decision in the matter; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has held a public hearing on the recommendation to City
Council for approval of the Mitigated Negative Declarations; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed all environmental documentation prepared to
evaluate the proposed projects;
-NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALI-
FORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That at its meeting of March 21, 1983, the Planting Commission adopted
Resolutions recommending that the City Council accept the Mitigated Negative Declarations;
recommend that the City Council certify that the information was considered on decisions
related to the projects; and, recommend that the City Council approve the Mitigated
Negative Declarations said Resolutions to be presented for Consent Calendar action at the
next regular scheduled meeting. The action with the foregoing was approved by the
following roll call vote;

SECTION 2. That at its meeting of April 13, 1988, the City Council opened the public
hearing, took testimony from all those wishing to testify, and continued the public hearing
to June 1, 1988.

SECTION 4. That the findings contained in the memorandum to the City Council
dated April 6, 1988, which report is incorporated by reference as though fully set forth
herein with conditions as modified by said Commission and suggested by staff, are hereby
approved by the City Council for approval;
SECTION 5. Pursuant to the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act
(Division 13 of the Public Resources Code of the State of California (beginning at Section
21000) the City Council of the City of Moorpark approve the Mitigated Negative Declara-
tions.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 6th DAY OF July , 1988.
