A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING
"NO STOPPING ANYTIME" ZONES ON BOTH
SIDES OF CAMPUS PARK DRIVE AND PRINCETON
AVENUE WITHIN SAID CITY AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 85 -251, ADOPTED OCTOBER 21,
1985.
WHEREAS, Section 21351 of the California Vehicle Code
authorizes the City to place and maintain or cause to be placed or
maintained, such appropriate signs, signals, or other traffic control
devices as may be necessary to properly indicate and carry out the
provisions of the Vehicle Code or local traffic ordinances or to warn
or guide traffic;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Moorpark,
California, does hereby resolve, determine, and order as follows:
SECTION 1. That a "NO STOPPING ANYTIME" zone is hereby
established at the following described locations as shown in
Exhibit "A."
Location No. 1:
South side of Campus Park Drive from Penn Street west to
the terminus of Campus Park Drive.
Location No. 2:
South side of Campus Park Drive from College View Avenue
to 100 feet west of College View Avenue.
Location No. 3:
North side of Campus Park Drive from Princeton Avenue to
200 feet west of Marquette.
Location No. 4:
North side of Campus Park Drive from Marquette Street
east to College View Avenue.
Location No. 5:
Both sides of Princeton Avenue from Campus Park Drive
south to State Highway 118 (Los Angeles Avenue).

SECTION 2. That Resolution No. 85 -251 entitled: "A
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Moorpark,
California, Establishing "No Parking Anytime" Zones On Campus
Park Drive and Princeton Avenue Within Said City, And
Rescinding Resolution No. 85 -235, Adopted October 14, 1985,"
is hereby rescinded.
SECTION 3. That the City Manager is hereby directed to
provide for the installation and maintenance of the
appropriate signs and markings for the locations hereinabove
identified.

I, Richard Hare, City Clerk of the City of Moorpark, California, do
hereby certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing Resolution
No. 89-565 was adopted by the City Council of the City of Moorpark
at a meeting held on the 7th day of June , 1989, and
that the same was adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Harper, Lawrason, Montgomery, Perez and Mayor Brown.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
ABSTAIN: None.
