HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES CC 1990 691 1990 0711L7 7 74 RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 691 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, ADJUSTING THE SALARY RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990 /91, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 90 -666 WHEREAS, the Moorpark City Council established Personnel System Rules and Regulations in Resolution No. 85 -185, adopted April 29, 1985; and WHEREAS, Rule 4 of said Resolution No. 85 -185 authorizes the preparation and adoption of a Salary Plan for classes of positions in the competitive service; and WHEREAS, it is also in the interest of the City to establish by resolution a salary plan for positions not in the competitive service. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: That Salary Plan of MONTHLY salary rates is hereby adopted for the classes of positions in the COMPETITIVE SERVICE as follows, effective July 2, 1990.
