A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, ADJUSTING THE SALARY
RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991/92, AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 90 -691
WHEREAS, the Moorpark City Council established Personnel System Rules
and Regulations in Resolution No. 85 -185, adopted April 29, 1985; and
WHEREAS, Rule 4 of said Resolution No. 85 -185 authorizes the preparation
and adoption of a Salary Plan for classes of positions in the competitive
service; and
WHEREAS, it is also in the interest of the City to establish by
resolution a salary plan for positions not in the competitive service.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA,
DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Salary Plan of BI- WEEKLY salary rates is hereby
adopted for the classes of positions in the COMPETITIVE SERVICE as follows
effective July 1, 1991:

SECTION 2• That pursuant to the applicable Personnel Rules an,'
Regulations, the classifications of Associate Planner, Finance Office)
Recreation Supervisor, Public Works Technician, Maintenance and Operations
Supervisor, and Senior Planner are exempt from the payment of overtime and /or
compensatory time off, except as otherwise specifically provided for in the
City's Personnel System Rules and Regulations and /or Memorandum of
Understanding.

SECTION 6: That Resolution No. 91- 76 entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA,
ADJUSTING THE SALARY RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991/92, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION
90 -691, ADOPTED July 11, 1990 is hereby repealed.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this Tenth day of July, 1991.
