HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES CC 1991 776 1991 0710RESOLUTION NO. 91 - 76 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, ADJUSTING THE SALARY RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 1991/92, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 90 -691 WHEREAS, the Moorpark City Council established Personnel System Rules and Regulations in Resolution No. 85 -185, adopted April 29, 1985; and WHEREAS, Rule 4 of said Resolution No. 85 -185 authorizes the preparation and adoption of a Salary Plan for classes of positions in the competitive service; and WHEREAS, it is also in the interest of the City to establish by resolution a salary plan for positions not in the competitive service.
