HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES CC 1991 813 1991 11069Z- goo ; RESOLUTION NO. 91 - 813 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES FOR COMPETITIVE SERVICE, NON COMPETITIVE SERVICE, AND HOURLY EMPLOYEES; ADDING THE POSITION OF PUBLIC WORKS TECHNICIAN, RECLASSIFYING THE DEPUTY CITY CLERK POSITION, AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 91 -776 WHEREAS, the Moorpark City Council established Personnel System Rules and Regulations in Resolution No. 85 -185, adopted April 29, 1985; and WHEREAS, Rule 4 of said Resolution No. 85 -185 authorizes the preparation and adoption of a Salary Plan for classes of positions in the competitive service; and WHEREAS, it is also in the interest of the City to establish by resolution a salary plan for positions not in the competitive service; and WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the additional position of Public Works Technician and the reclassification of the Deputy City Clerk position to exempt from overtime pay.
