HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES CC 1993 950 1993 0602r'tscanded 9S -i as RESOLUTION NO. 93---250 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA ADOPTING A PARK RESERVATION FEE SCHEDULE; AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 86 -351 WHEREAS, fees and charges for park use related City services have not been increased since 1986; and WHEREAS, increased user fees will raise the level of City revenues sufficiently to compensate for the increased administrative and /or field costs incurred as a result of each service. NOW THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Fee Schedule for reservation /use of Public Park Facilities, as attached in Exhibit A, is hereby adopted. SECTION 2. Resolution 86 -351, Section 2. is hereby amended. SECTION 3. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution. APPROVED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of JUNE , 1993. Field Lights No Charge $15 per hr. Diamond Preparation No Charge $25 Bases No Charge $7 Basketball Courts No Charge $5 per hr. Soccer Fields No Charge $5 per hr. Tennis Courts No Charge $7 per hr. Picnic Area No Charge $3 per hr. Picnic Pavilion No Charge $5 per hr. City of Moorpark recreation /youth serving organizations for groups over 100 (In regards to youth sports organizations, this only applies to any requested use of picnic pavilions and /or the use of field lights. Practices and games for youth sports, utilizing city fields, shall be coordinated by the youth sports organization president and the Community Services Department) CLASS V 1. Non city residents, organizations, and businesses. Applications will not be accepted prior to 60 days in advance or within less than one week of the desired reservation. Those programs under CLASS I have priority over all other classification applications.
