A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MOORFARK,CALIFORNIA,
ESTABLISHING CERTAIN PERMIT APPROVAL PROCESSES
TO BE PERFORMED BY CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS;
AND THE REPEALING OF RE: ',CLUTION NO. 88 -523
Whereas Resolution No. 88 -52- orescrubes the city officials
that approve various permits; and
Whereas, the City Council as well as the staff have
recommended changes tc said approv -i1 authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUV('IL !)F THE --ITY OF MOORPARK,
CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOW'.
