RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK AUTHORIZING A BUDGET AMENDMENT TO
THE FISCAL YEAR 1996/1997 ADOPTED BUDGET FOR THE
STREETS AND ROADS BUDGET (FUNDS 203) AND
TRANSIT BUDGET (FUND 204)
WHEREAS, on June 19, 1996, the City Council adopted the Budget for Fiscal Year
1996/1997-1 and
WHEREAS, a staff report has been presented to said Council requesting a budget
amendment in the aggregate amount of $10,320, and
WHEREAS, Exhibit "A" hereof describes said budget amendment and its resultant
impacts to the budget line item(s) and projected year end fund balance(s).
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
A budget amendment in the amount of $10,320 to Fund 204 (Transit) as more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto is hereby approved.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of'November, 1996.
