HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES CC 1997 1339 1997 0702RESOLUTION NO.97 -1339 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING MINOR MODIFICATION NO. 1 TO TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NOS. 4975, 4976, 4977 AND 4980 ON THE APPLICATION OF LENNAR HOMES FOR: A MINOR SHIFTING OF, AND ELEVATION CHANGES OF LOTS RANGING FROM TWO (2) TO FIVE (5) FEET, AND FOR A REDESIGN OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD ENTRIES TO INCLUDE GATED ENTRIES WHEREAS, on Modifications to the Zoning designation of the property described in the Amended Carlsberg Specific Plan dated September 7, 1994 were approved by the City Council and the Subsequent Environmental Impact Report was certified by the City Council on September 7, 1994; and WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 96- 1230 approving Tentative Tract Map Nos 4975, 4976, 4977 and 4980 on October 2, 1996; and WHEREAS, on May 19, 1997, Lennar Homes applied for Minor Modification No. 1 to Tentative Tract Map Nos. 4975, 3976, 4977 and 4980; and WHEREAS, at its meeting on July 2, 1997, the City Council discussed Minor Modification No. 1 and conditionally approved the Minor Modification to the Tentative Tact Maps. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Council has determined that approval of the Minor Modification is categorically exempt from CEQA requirements as a Class 1 exemption for minor alterations. SECTION 2. The Council No.l to Tentative Tract Map Nos. application of Lennar Homes for: D approves Minor Modification 4975, 4976, 4977 and 4980 on the 11• 1. A minor shifting of lots and minor elevation changes of lots ranging from two (2) to five (5) feet 2. Additional verbiage by adding item 1. on page 20 the Amended Specific Plan which is as follows: 1. Project Entries Add: All neighborhood entries will be of a gated design, the design of which is subject to review and approval of the Director of Community Development and the City Engineer. The design of the gated entries shall be compatible with the scale, colors, visual character and design of the approved Residential Planned Development Permit so as to enhance the physical and visual quality of the community. SECTION 3. Prior to recordation of the subject Tentative Tract Maps, the applicant shall: 1. Provide twenty (20) copies of the Revised Amended Specific Plan which includes all approved revisions to the Amended Specific Plan. 2.
