A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE
2000/2001 FISCAL YEAR BUDGET
WHEREAS, on June 21, 2000 the City Council adopted the
budget for fiscal year 2000/2001; and
WHEREAS, at a duly noticed City Council meeting on July 5,
2000, the City Council considered the allocation of funds
remaining from the 1999/2000 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to amend the final
budget to add additional appropriations; and
WHEREAS, Exhibit "A" hereof describes said budget amendment
and its resultant impacts to the budget line items.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. A budget amendment appropriating $6,000 from
the General Fund, as more particularly described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this resolution and shall cause a certified resolution to be
filed in the book of original Resolutions.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19`" day of July, 2000.

that the foregoing Resolution No. 2000 -1763 was adopted by the
City Council of the City of Moorpark at a meeting held on the
19th day of July, 2000, and that the same was adopted by the
following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Evans, Harper, Rodgers, and Mayor
Hunter
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Wozniak
ABSTAIN: None
