Home My WebLink AboutRES CC 2001 1897 2001 0919RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -1897 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, REAFFIRMING THE LOCATION OF THE CITY HALL AND ESTABLISHING REVISED REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS OF CITY OFFICES AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 84 -138 WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84 -138 established the City Hall location at the Moorpark Community Center, 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California 93021, and the regular business hours for City Hall from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal holidays; and WHEREAS, the City Hall hours are proposed to be revised to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of legal holidays. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Hall shall be located at the Moorpark Community Center, 799 Moorpark Avenue, Moorpark, California 93021. SECTION 2. Effective October 1, 2001, the regular business hours the City Hall will be open to the public will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with the exception of the legal holidays as established by the City Council. SECTION 3. Resolution No. 84 -138 is hereby rescinded. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall cause a certified resolution to be filed in the book of original Resolu�zs. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th ATTEST: Deborah S.
