HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES CC 2001 1901 2001 1003RESOLUTION NO. 2001 -1901 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 2001/2002 FISCAL YEAR ADOPTED OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE ARTS IN PUBLIC PLACES PROGRAM WHEREAS, on June 20, 2001, the City Council adopted the operating budget for the 2001/2002 fiscal year; and WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a project to be funded by the Arts in Public Places Fund; and WHEREAS, the City Council now wishes to amend the adopted budget to reflect its direction concerning the use of Arts in Public Places Funds for a public art project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. A budget amendment as described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto is hereby approved. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall cause a certified resolution to be filed in the book of original Resolutions.
