A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MOORPARK, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR
2001/2002 PUBLIC TRANSIT BUDGET TO APPROPRIATE
FUNDS FOR A SUMMER BEACH BUS
WHEREAS, on June 20, 2001, the City Council adopted the
Budget for Fiscal Year 2001/2002; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to increase the City
Transit budget for the current Fiscal Year to support the Beach
Bus Project; and
WHEREAS, Exhibit "A" hereof describes said budget amendment
and its resultant impacts to the budget line items.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MOORPARK
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. A budget amendment as more particularly
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto is hereby approved.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
the resolution and shall cause a certified resolution to be
filed in the book of original Resolutions.

Moorpark, California, do hereby certify under penalty of perjury
that the foregoing Resolution No. 2002 -1959 was adopted by the
City Council of the City of Moorpark at a regular meeting held
on the 3rd day of April, 2002, and that the same was adopted by
the following vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Harper, Mikos, Millhouse, and
Mayor Hunter
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Wozniak
ABSTAIN: None
