HomeMy WebLinkAboutRES RD 1997 58 1997 0521RESOLUTION NUMBER 97 -98 RESOLUTION OF THE MOORPARK REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AUTHORIZING A BUDGET AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 1996/1997 ADOPTED BUDGET MOORPARK REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY'S AREA 1 CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND (FUND 410) WHEREAS, on June 19, 1996, the Moorpark Redevelopment Agency adopted the Fiscal Year 1996/1997 Agency Budget; and WHEREAS, the Agency allocated $1,500 for financial consulting services; and WHEREAS, The Agency is in need of additional financial consulting services which cost is estimated at $14,000; and WHEREAS, Exhibit "A" hereof describes said budget line item(s) and projected year end fund balances. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY OF MOORPARK REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: A budget amendment in the amount of $14,000 to Fund 410 as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto is hereby approved..
