Applicant is requesting approval to build 400 apartment units on 19.75
acres and a density bonus of 35 %. PD- 1010 /LDM -3 is bound by Los
Angeles Avenue (Highway 118) to the north Moorpark Avenue to the
west and the Arroyo Simi wash to the south.
