Development Plan Permit No. DP -335 (Norman Baker) Applicant is requesting approval to place a temporary modular building of 1,080 square feet (area to be used as an equipment rental yard). Development Plan Permit No. DP -336 (Harvey Mundee) The applicant is requesting approval to continue operation of a retail rental yard and sales operation. There is presently an existing 3,900 square foot modular building on the property. Located on the northwest corner of Los Angeles Avenue and Goldman Avenue. Continue to October 10, 1985. B. Conditional Use Permit No. CUP -4503 (Michael A. Wedemever) The applicant is requesting approval to operate an auto body repair facility, in a 5,500 square foot suite of an industrial building pursuant to Section 8141.1.4.2 (Allowable use under Industrial Park "M -1" as a Conditional Use Permit).
