tion Company)
Applicant is requesting approval to construct a 19,813
square foot industrial building to include 17,135 square
feet of manufacturing warehouse area and 2,678 square
feet of office space. Located on the northwest corner
of Commerce Avenue.

square foot industrial building to include 47,542 square
feet of manufacturing /warehouse area and 5,100 square
feet of office space. Located at the northeast corner
of Commerce and Poindexter Avenue.

Applicant is requesting approval to place a temporary
modular building of 1,080 square feet (area to be used
as an equipment rental yard). Located along the north

The applicant is requesting approval to continue operation
of a retail rental yard and sales operation. There is
presently an existing 3,900 square foot modular building
on the property. Located on the northwest corner of Los
Angeles Avenue and Goldman Avenue.

B. Conditional Use Permit No. CUP -4503 (Michael A. Wedemever)
The applicant is requesting approval to operate an auto
body repair facility, in a 5,500 square foot suite of
an industrial building pursuant to Section 8141.1.4.2
(Allowable use under Industrial Park "M -1" as a Conditional
Use Permit). Located on Goldman Avenue 300 feet north
of Los Angles Avenue, 5090 Goldman Avenue.
