Modification proposed related to street alignment, street improvements, lot configuration, and to building configuration. (Minor Modification approved August 13, 1985). Located north and adjacent to the intersection of Campus Park Drive and Princeton Avenue. Approval of Resolution No. PC -85 -72 B. Planned I Colin & Victoria Applicant is requesting approval to construct a 9,325 square foot commercial retail center. No specific tenant has been specified. The proposed project is located on the northwest corner of High Street and Moorpark Avenue. Planned Development Permit No. PD -1046 (Oliver) Planning Commission to review revised site plan of 27 condominiums units (City Council approved, Resolution No. 85 -239 - October 21, 1985) 9. PUBLIC HEARINGS A. Development Planned Permit No. 290 -2 Minor Modification (Litton Systems Incorporated) Modification to approved plans to construct a Recreation Area /Shower Facility. B. Conditional Use Permit No. CUP -4502 (Sun Exploration & Applicant is request approval of conditional use permit to drill one (1) exploratory oil well. Located 6,000 feet southwest of the intersection of Los Angeles Avenue and College View Avenue. Continued to next scheduled meeting. C. General Plan Amendment No. 85 -2 and Zone Change Nos 2802 & 2806 (Carlsbera and Carpn Cmmnnnp -al Applicant: Carl saerg Construction Company and Dr. Raymond Caram Proposal: Came Component: Proposed amendment to the Moorpark General Plan Land Use Element to redesignate an approximate 1.4 acre property with existing industrial shops and a warehouse from Light Industrial to General Commercial uses. A companion zone change is also proposed to rezone the property from "M -1" (Industrial Park District) to "C -2" (General Commercial). The project is located adjacent to and northwest of the intersection of Moorpark and Poindexter Avenues. Carlsberg Component: Proposed amendment to the Moorpark General Plan Land Use Element to redesignate an approximate 77 acre portion of a larger 128.6 acre undeveloped property from Low Density Residential (1.6 dwelling units per acre, average) to Light Indus- trial uses. A companion zone change is also proposed to rezone the property from "R- E -lAc" (Rural Exclusive, one acre minimum lot size) to "M -1" (Industrial Park District). The proposal is located adjacent to and south of New Los Angeles Avon*, east of Moorpark Road, adjacent to and west of the Moorpark Freeway (AOUte 23). Continued t�, next scheduled meeting.
